Processing Time: Once you place your order with us, we require a certain amount of time to process it. This includes the time it takes to design and manufacture your custom product. Typically, this processing time can take up to 15 business days but may vary depending on the complexity of your order. If you need your product by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Shipping Time: After your order has been processed, it will be shipped to you directly. We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Import Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.
